Absolutely brilliant went to Windsor Castle on Saturday, was a very special day, and a very pleasant journey. The driver was patient, as there was an accident and traffic jams on the motorway going home. I have been on day trips before with Maxfield's, and have always been joyful and pleasant, would highly recommend them.
What I liked: The company go above and beyond for you, my granddaughter left the bag with a Corgi soft toy on the coach. I phoned up and the gentleman that answered was very pleasant and helpful, this morning the gentleman phoned, and advised the bag was found and arranged for a driver to drop the bag of at my home. I sent a picture of the corgi to my granddaughter; she is so happy and relieved.
If your company has already responded to user complaints and believes that the situation is already fixed, suggest that the user reevaluate it, mark it as a problem solved and, perhaps, complement the opinion with words of thanks.
